We currently ship only within Canada and the United States.

Canada

  • $10 flat shipping on orders under $100

  • Free shipping on orders of $100 or more

United States

  • $12.99 flat shipping on orders under $125

  • Free shipping on orders of $125 or more

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days once your order is placed and payment has been successfully processed. As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. ✨📦

If you did not receive a confirmation email, it is possible that an incorrect email address was provided at the time of purchase.

Kindly contact us at info@aureviajewels.ca and include your full name, shipping address, and the phone number associated with your order so that we may assist you promptly.

How to return your items

If there any concerns with your order then please contact us at info@aureviajewels.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order with following details:

> The order number

> Product you wish to return

> Reason of returning the product

If the order qualifies for the return, we will email you back and the items must be returned with the original product tags attached.

Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange the item based on availability, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.

Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Your refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. 

Important Details:

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (or within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can promptly address the issue.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process upon receipt of the returned item.
